Booking information and deposit policy

A non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking, this can be by bank transfer or cash. (we accept payment this way too, not cards) Appointments will not be held without a deposit.
Appointments require 72 hours notice if you need to move it, no exceptions and can only be moved once with the required notice, any further moves will require a new deposit regardless of notice time given.
For multi-session tattoos the deposit is held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.
You will forfeit your deposit If any of the following, you turn up sick ( don’t turn up sick! ) and we need to rebook you, being unwell can affect how your tattoo heals as well as how you sit for it.
If you are asked for ID and you don’t have it with you.
We cannot tattoo you if you are intoxicated or have sunburnt skin or any type of damaged skin, scratched, bruised, eczema, psoriasis etc etc. There are allowances for minimal changes to an agreed design, but if you decide on full redraw/change of idea once a design is done a new deposit will be required, this also applies If you do not check the design in time and want to make changes. Both these can mean we need to rebook you. Designs take time to do.

Please Come alone to your appointment.

Please put your phone on silent or  on vibrate

Please sunblock or avoid the sun including sun beds at least 3-4 weeks before, exfoliate and moisturise the area for a few weeks before and keep hydrated. Try to avoid anti inflammatories just before and on the day and no Fake tan on your skin on the day. Please do not drink alcohol the night before or on the day of your appointment. Many things affect the application and healing of the tattoo, so you can help the process in many ways beforehand.
no antibiotics during or be finished at least two weeks before your appointment.
Please allow around 4 weeks healing time for your tattoo before going on holiday in the sun/sea and make sure it is covered by clothing not sun cream while it is healing.
Always eat before your appointment and bring a sugary drink,
It is very important to eat during an all day appointment, even if you don’t find the tattoo painful you are still putting your body through trauma which uses extra fuel and much faster! So it is vital you bring snacks and a good lunch with you as this will help with the during and after process.
